Assets are inspected in a controlled environment before being registered into custody. Where agreed with the client, additional independent inspection or testing services may be coordinated.

Verification Standards

Quantities are verified against expected manifests.

Weight confirmation

Weights are checked and recorded.

Packaging & seal inspection

Packaging integrity and seal numbers are verified.

Visual condition assessment

Condition is documented at the point of inspection.

Documentation review

Supporting documentation is reviewed alongside the physical inspection.

Every field recorded during inspection — counting, weight confirmation, packaging, seal verification, serial or ingot identification, visual condition, and documentation review — becomes part of the permanent audit trail for that asset.
