1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Safepro Security Limited (“Safepro,” “we,” “us”) custody, vaulting, logistics, and digital Safekeeping Receipt platform (the “Platform”), including our website, client portal, and public verification service. By opening an account, submitting the Client Account Opening Form, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to the specific custody agreement executed for your account.
2. Account Opening & Compliance
Opening an account requires submitting the information requested in our Client Account Opening Form and completing our compliance review process. We may verify the information you provide, perform identity, compliance, and due diligence checks, and request additional documentation where necessary to satisfy legal, regulatory, contractual, or risk-management requirements. We may decline, suspend, or terminate an account at our discretion, including where compliance review is not satisfied.
3. Custody Services
Assets accepted into our custody are received, inspected, registered, and stored in accordance with our Chain of Custody process. You represent that any assets presented for custody have been obtained lawfully, and you agree to promptly notify us of any material change to the information provided during onboarding.
4. Safekeeping Receipts (SKRs)
A Safekeeping Receipt confirms acceptance of specified assets into our custody under the terms of your custody agreement. An SKR does not, by itself, establish ownership, title, negotiability, or financial value except as expressly provided in an applicable contract or law. SKRs are digitally signed and may be publicly verified by their reference number or QR code; verification returns only the SKR's status and asset summary, and never your confidential account details.
5. Access, Transfer & Release
Requests to inspect, transfer, or release custodied assets are authenticated before execution. We may require identity verification, documented authorization, and a signature at the point of handover. No asset is released without authorization we are reasonably satisfied is valid.
6. Fees & Invoicing
Fees for custody, logistics, and related services are set out in your custody agreement or a separate fee schedule. [Insert fee terms, payment terms, and late-payment consequences.]
7. Liability & Insurance
[Insert liability limitations, insurance coverage terms, and force majeure provisions — this section requires input from your insurance and legal advisors.]
8. Confidentiality
Information you provide is treated as confidential and used solely for account onboarding, compliance, service delivery, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. We do not disclose your account or custody information to third parties except as required by law, with your consent, or as necessary to provide the Platform.
9. Termination
[Insert account closure process, notice periods, and post-termination asset release procedures.]
