Authorized Release & Secure Handover

Before any asset leaves Safepro custody, the requestor's authority is verified, required approvals are confirmed, and identity checks and documentation are validated. No asset is released without proper authorization.

Authority verification

The requestor's authority to release the asset is confirmed.

Documentation validation

Release instructions and supporting documents are reviewed.

Documented handover

Receiving party, identification, and authorized signatures are recorded.

Custody closure

The custody record and SKR status are updated to reflect closure.
